Meet Andy

We're Andy and Criss Zamudio, and we lead the Andy Zamudio Team at Easy Real Estate USA in Miami.

Andy started in real estate in 2003 and has run brokerage offices as a broker since 2006. Between us we've closed more than $1 billion in sales and rentals, working with clients and investors on purchases, sales, property management, flips and wholesale deals — across Miami and throughout Central and South America.

We've opened offices in Miami under our own boutique brands, in Colombia with Coldwell Banker, in Venezuela under our own name, and in Panama with Century 21. What we've built, through all of it, is a family business.

In South Florida we work under the Easy Real Estate USA brand, which our brokers joined in 2024. In our first full year we generated more than $2 million in gross commission income, and we've grown a team of more than 50 people — agents, mentees, and our own mentorship group.
